slim64fs Media Matrix (V9.2 + V12)
This document consolidates physical-media correctness evidence for slim64fs. Performance numbers are recorded in per-media artifacts, but correctness is the pass/fail gate for physical media.

Gate Semantics
- Correctness is the hard gate:
fsck exit < 2, namespace coherence, recovery invariants. ORPHAN_INODE(fsckexit 1) is tolerated by policy and documented.- Throughput/latency on physical media are evidence, not pass/fail thresholds.

Disposition
The matrix is complete with one explicit, declared hardware gap
(CFexpress Type B). No tested physical media produced corruption-class
findings (fsck >= 2).
